The idea to redefine the driving style with something that is not a motorcycle and not a car is not new. A tricycle that does not tilt but has a rudder, which makes it not as demanding as the motorcycle, but is more fun than a car, Can-Am made a decade ago. But already worry known Spyder is too comfortable, too interactive, too adaptable, too expensive for a new generation ... That's why Ryker is now on the road - a vehicle that brings driving experience in a self-contained way - with the slogan "ride like no other."

Let's just say from the beginning: it is not, and it does not want to be a motorcycle, it's not intended for sworn motorists, but for those who want a different road experience. He is driven by a car driving licence (which is why he has an integral foot brake), but it is not driven like a car, but because of a two-track front and drive one-way rear, more like snowmobiles. Basically, like a go-cart with a rudder, because of the non-loading, it gives a greater subjective feeling of speed in the curve and allows drifting without the possibility of a fall. Yes, it's different, amusing and attractive! Among other vehicles, as well as tricycles, it stands out same way as Spark (Trixx) among water scooters. And this is not meant only in a fun lightweight driver's style, but also in terms of the appearance of the vehicle and the image of the driver. And not only when driving, but also parked does not let anyone cold! It is different and striking, with something irresistibly appealing in the lines and philosophy of construction.

The image is special because of the front mounted drive unit, the high frame, the two wheels at the front and only one rear already looks aggressive, wild, attractive, fast, strong ... Above all, a seat, which is only 60 centimetres above the ground, falls into the eyes, giving the steering wheel a feeling that the driver is part of the vehicle and therefore provides a pleasure in driving through the bends. Especially in sports mode, which in the safe frames of electronics allows the slip of the rear wheel. Of course, we are talking about a stronger 900 cubic version with the Rotax 3-cylinders engine, offering over eighty horses (61 kW) at 280 kilograms and reaching 100 km / h in just five seconds. The basic version with 600 cubic is, of course, less sporty and is intended primarily for urban adventures and non-demanding drivers. The true contrast to this is the  Rally 900, which is a more robust version intended for driving on a macadam, with 2.5 cm longer movements of completed shock absorbers, more rough tires and protection of vital parts.

And the fun of the steering wheel is just one of Ryker's features. Equally important is accessibility - with a price in four-digit euro figures - from 8,032.00 EUR + VAT. It is cheaper than most motorcycles of the same volume and in the basic version it represents only half the price of Spyder F3. The smaller price is also due to some more practical technical solutions - therefore, for example, it does not have a power steering amplifier, giving it a more direct driving experience and a better sense of the road. The same applies to the infinitely variable CVT transmission, which means that we do not think about the engine and the transmissions, but only about driving. And it does not use a belt for the final transmission, but a shaft that does not require as much maintenance. The suspension is in front of the car with a double A-arm, and behind it is classically motorized with a single-clutch Sachs shock absorber.

And then there is also flexibility, where Ryker is really something special, both in options and in the way of choice. There is already a U-fit system with which, with one stroke, it is easy to adjust the position of the handlebar and pedals (as well as the brakes), thus adjusting it not only to its size, but also to the mood - a driving style that can go from sports to "chopper". But flexibility is only a beginning, as it is possible to replace several elements on the vehicle in 75,000 combinations, ranging from colour labels to an additional seat for the passenger. And that's how it's appropriate to fit in with time with the "augmented reality" app for buying and "customize" ... And some colour combinations are still coming up and will be refreshed in limited series every six months. Ryker, with all this, fully justifies his name, which means a strong leader or a fun, playful boy. Due to the lightness and ease of driving and the low seat is the ideal means of transport also for girls, of course.
