In the freedom of the spaces of the southern Mediterranean, without driving restrictions and in the challenge of storm waves, it was not only an adrenaline experience, but above all for a concrete test of a new water scooters that, with a lower centre of gravity and a few tens of kilograms less mass, provide greater stability and also lightness. Engineers for the coming season have dedicated themselves to safety, comfort, playfulness and practicality. The modularity of the passenger seat, the GTX limited models, the RXT-X 300 and the Wake pro 230, transforms into genuine small sunshades, an additional luggage compartment and a 15 liter coolant bag literally opens new dimensions of driving.
But water entertainment is just one dimension of experiencing the eternal summer. Beyond the sandy beaches, under the overgrown sky, there are demanding bends that invite you far away from the girls in the bikini to the mountains. To the world where recreational off-road vehicles reign. Among them is probably the most adrenaline "machine" in the world - the Maverick X3 XRS, which is in fact a mini-racer for everyday use, but also "brutal" for most users. That's why he got a smaller brother Trail, who offers the dimensions (and even affordability) of the four-wheelers with a width of 50 inches, with the comfort of a car with a steering wheel, seat and roof, 135 kilograms of luggage, an oversized refrigerated system etc. Only 127 inches wide, but due to its large wheelbase and lower centre of gravity, it is also quite stable and sporty. The SSV is intended for anyone who wants a field experience without exaggeration, while the rest will come up with a "racing" model X3.
In the meantime, four-wheelers are experiencing a revolution. But not technologically, but legislative. The new European regulations restrict the speed without ABS at 60 km / h. Can-Am therefore decided to continue to offer users speed over a hundred and therefore installed an anti-lock braking system. We acknowledge that we were a little sceptical, but in the end, it turned out that in practice it works convincingly and will help most of the users to save the skin and plastic of their vehicles.
But the event in Cyprus did not just pass in the face of new Canadian technical evolutions on water scooters and revolutionary changes in off-road vehicles, but again it had the Slovenian seal. Ski & Sea company - the Slovenian importer and distributor of vehicles and vessels BRP has won another award in the series, this time the Can-Am prize for "community development".
